Cooling System Maintenance

  • Clean Evaporator Coil

  • Inspection and tightening of electrical connections

  • Cleaning of outdoor condenser coil (accessible areas only)

  • Refrigerant level and system pressure check (no refrigerant included)

  • Primary condensate drain line flushed and verified clear at time of service

  • Thermostat calibration and operation check

  • Visual inspection of ductwork for obvious leaks or airflow restrictions

  • Testing of system controls to ensure proper cycling

  • Overall system performance and efficiency evaluation

Heating System Maintenance

  • Visual inspection of heat exchanger for signs of cracks,
    corrosion, or flame rollout

  • Inspection for gas leaks and verification of proper gas pressure

  • Verification of pilot or ignition system operation

  • Testing of all safety controls and limit switches

  • Thermostat accuracy check and verification of proper heating cycles

  • Overall system safety and performance evaluation

Important Notes

  • Plan covers one HVAC system, $200.00 each for 2nd unit and 3rd unit

  • Any unit after 3rd system is $150.00 per unit

  • Repairs, refrigerant, duct cleaning, and major parts are not included

  • Any safety concerns or recommended repairs will be clearly explained before work is performed
